WedgeWelly boots now in stock!

As we mentioned last week, we're now an official stockist of WedgeWelly. The delivery arrived this morning, and one of our crack squad of highly trained shoe ninjas (me, in other words) has just finished putting them into stock. And here they are...



Won't they look great splattered with mud at the upcoming Reading and Leeds festivals this weekend? Just remember to check the "Upgrade to Express Shipping" box if you need them in time for Reading or Leeds, to guarantee next day delivery by 1pm. But you don't need to be a rock chick to appreciate these boots - they're perfect for any occasion which requires you to look glam in the rain. Perfect for the British summer, in other words!

Airwalk and Hi-Tec

It's nearly the weekend again - how did it come round so quickly? - so here's a very quick update on the Airwalk shoes we mentioned last week, along with some old favourites from the 1980s, Hi-Tec!

First the Airwalk - along with Etnies and Vans one of the most recognisable skate brands, and we're offering these at ridiculously low prices! From left to right, the Chrome, Outlaw 3 (two designs), Brian Mid and Rock Mid:







Now the Hi-Tec, and we've managed to get hold of three classic styles - the Quadra, Squash and Silver Shadow. Hi-Tec offer comfort and quality at an almost unbeatable price - I had a pair of Silver Shadows as a boy and they were one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn!

New Converse

We've just had eight new styles of Converse delivered, which are now available to order.

First of all, some Double Tongue styles:



Next we have three designs of Converse Speciality:




And two designs of the ever-popular Star Player:



And finally, we've had The Who, The Clash, The Ramones, Pink Floyd all immortalised on canvas, and now it's the turn of iconic 60s guitarist, Jimi Hendrix. These fantastic new Converse Hi boots feature the legend himself on the upper.



Never heard of Hendrix? Here he is performing one of his earliest songs, "Hey Joe". Pay close attention to 1:34 onwards where he plays a guitar solo with his teeth!
